A few weeks ago, I took a little trip to Chicago....
Tyler was suppose to go on the trip to Chicago with his wife but it just so happen to coincided with a Boys deep sea fishing & golfing in Cabo San Lucas with my dad and some friends.
So Estelle so graciously asked me to take Tyler's spot and join her in Chicago.
(I have a GREAT Sis-in-law)Not only was this a trip to Chicago, where Estelle's sister Lela and her Husband Colin live but it was a trip to South Bend, Indiana to see the Irish play USC!!

It just so happened that Tyler and Jackie happen to be at the game also.
We had a heck of a time trying to find each other during the day, but we managed to see each other for a short time during half time. So happy to see them, if even for a few minutes.
Maybe next time we can meet up a little closer than Indiana?

When Tyler was a student at Notre Dame, I was so very lucky to be able to go out to South Bend with his parents and visit him. On our visit we went to the Notre Dame vs. Boston College Football game. He snuck me in to the Student Section
(I felt SUPER Cool Sitting with the Students).
Anyways, I have been an Irish fan ever since that game, even though they lost it was by far one of the best live football experiences I have had.
Lets just say, sitting in the Trojan Section as a Irish Fan is BRUTAL!! Especially when ND is losing. The flask helped ease the pain....

DAY 2...We woke up to AMAZING weather!! We walked to a great breakfast and enjoyed the weather.
